On the 21st October 2010, the tourism course students went to la Tossa de Montbui.
We went into the forthcoming Tourism Office and, once there, we learnt the following:
- How to prepare a speech adapted to each group of guests.
- How to host a group of tourists and catch their attention.
- How to organize a guided tour.
- How to keep the control while dealing with difficult situations by respecting the rules and listening to the people involved.
- How to get into the groups.
- How to approach the accessible tourism in la Tossa.
We were showed around the castle and the church by our teacher, who described the main features of their architecture and pointed out really interesting details about them.
